The Chieftain boys swimmers took the water for their final home meet on Saturday facing Ben Logan and Indian Lake. The team continues to see improvements – highlighted today by Cooper Harman dropping 30 seconds in the 500 free and Blake McDonald cutting 4 seconds from his 200 Free. In addition to the time improvements, we are seeing a great deal of technique improvements. Our turns are getting faster by the day and this will make a huge difference when we start resting for championship season. I am proud of these boys for their daily effort and strong swims today. A special shoutout to Elijah Merrin, our sole male senior, for helping to lead our team each day.
